Why You Fail Your Goals

In order to achieve your goals in life you must be prepared to change. Change does not mean changing one bad habit with another. Change means identifying what you are doing, recognising when you’re doing it and gently giving yourself permission to do something better.

Here is a list of 10 reasons why people fail at achieving their goals. Avoid these roadblocks and goal attainment will be yours.

11.     Procrastinating: Being busy doing things you don’t need to do in order to avoid doing the things you’re supposed to do.

22.     Not Taking Responsibility: More people would learn from their mistakes if they weren’t so busy denying them.

33.     Distractions: Distractions destroy action. If it’s not moving you towards your purpose, leave it alone.

44.     Lack of Focus: Empower yourself by focusing on something powerful! It is about learning to dig through the clutter and opening up to let a ray of sunshine through.

55.     Failing to plan: If you fail to plan you plan to fail. Remember make a plan and believe, achieve and succeed.

66.     Analysis paralysis: Do not plant your dreams in the fields of indecision, where nothing ever grows but the weeds of what if.

77.     Insufficient Knowledge: Knowledge is insufficient, it needs to be applied and followed by the right action.

88.     Not Understanding Your Why: The most difficult phase in your life is not when no-one understands you; it’s when you don’t understand yourself.

99.     Not Understanding The Process: Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.

110.     Lack of Belief: Whether you think you can, or think you can’t, you’re right.
