With all the
u-turns being carried out around the coronavirus it’s not surprising that many
are feeling confused and challenged when considering returning to work and re-engaging
with the outside world. I’ve found that when confusion sets in conflict follows.
Conflict can
be internal with yourself and or external with others. Whatever the outcome conflict
tends to lead to pain. Pain physically, mentally, emotionally, psychologically
and spiritually. In order to escape the pain you need an action plan.
Trust
Your Intuition – If your
mind steps in to question you, take a quiet moment to sit still and ask
yourself “What does my heart?”
Take That
Risk – If you get it
right, you’ll be happy. Get it wrong you’ll be wise.
Follow
Your Star – Follow your
dreams and wish upon your star.
Stand Up
For Yourself –
Remember to be kind. Forget the insults but always remember the compliments.
Believe
In Your Dreams –
Believe in your dreams and dream big. After you’ve done that dream bigger.
Stop
Procrastinating – Do
it now and you’ll thank yourself later.
Keep
Healthy Boundaries –
Setting boundaries is a way of caring for yourself. It doesn’t make you mean or
uncaring it shows that you value self.
Embrace
Change – The secret
of change is to focus all your energy not on fighting the old, but on building
the new.
Be Kind
To Yourself – You will
never speak to anyone more than you speak to yourself in your head. Words have
power be kind to yourself.
Keep
Motivated – Be stronger
than your excuses. Starting over is hard work, however momentum builds power
and power gives you the breakthrough.
