Daily Rituals For A Better You


A few pointers to get you started.

  • Make Your Bed - Making your bed gives you your first win of the day. Make it and make it well.
  • Use The Bathroom - Cleanliness is next to godliness.
  • Dress To Impress - No matter what you do for a living, bring out the best you. First impressions count.
  • Self Time - Make time every day to express gratitude. Count the things you have in your life that money can’t buy.
  • Visualisation - Create a mental image of how you’d like your day to unfold, set the intention and follow through.

  • Exercise - HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Training that gets your heartbeat going. Whatever is good for your heart is good for your head.
  • Dedicated Learning - Learn to make time every day to develop and expand your knowledge.
  • Sleep - Aim for at least 7 hours per day. Why? During sleep, your body is tasked with running your very own personalised maintenance program.
  • Journaling - Do genius’s write journals because of their genius or do they become genius’s because they write journals?
